Spa Amenities
We provide separate changing areas, personal lockers, robes, slippers, showers, towels, and friendly outside relaxation before or after your treatments. Enjoy a Jacuzzi with your body treatments or you can add the sauna as a treatment! Bottled water and juices are always available.
Personal Consultations
Every client begins with a consultation. We believe it is very important to listen to your special needs and health history, what you would like to achieve, and then help you decide the best way to achieve your goal!
Gift Certificates Available
Surprise someone special with a computerized gift card or e-mail gift certificate. We take credit cards and telephone orders. We can FedEx your gift anywhere in the United States. Call in for your gift certificates. We will custom-make and design cards, baskets, even gift wrap, and have it ready the same day so you can pick it up, or we will mail it!
Gift certificates are perfect for birthdays, holidays, anniversaries, employee incentives, and thank yous. They are also a great way to let someone know you care. Select imaginative gifts or personalized gift baskets. Wonderful hair and skin care lines, spa products, aromatherapy oils, and body treatment packages are available.
Spa Etiquette
Q. How early should I arrive for my spa treatments?
A. Arrive 15 minutes prior to check-in. Please be aware that your late arrival will determine the length of your treatment time so the next guest begins on time.
Q. What if I am running late?
A. A phone call is appreciated.
Q. Are there concerns I should have about . . . pregnancy, allergies, menstrual cycle, recent surgeries, or physical or medical concerns?
A. Concerns should be discussed with your physician before visiting any spa.
Q. How do I prepare for my spa visit?
A. We provide you with a locker for personal use. Please, no valuables. You will receive towels, slippers, and a robe. Please bring a bathing suit for the Jacuzzi.
Q. Do I disrobe entirely for my spa treatment?
A. That is your option; however, keep in mind our staff is trained to appropriately drape you with towels for privacy.
Q. Can I ask my therapist to make adjustments for my comfort?
A. Absolutely! This is your treatment. Communicate with the staff regarding room temperature, pressure, technique, etc. We value your concerns.
